About Pamela Perritt: A Life That Led to the Page
Pamela grew up on a farm near Waycross, Georgia, before earning her Master’s degree from Valdosta State University and beginning a career as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Over more than 30 years, she worked with children and adults in both educational and medical settings.
Writing and art, however, have always been part of her life. For more than 20 years, she created original Christmas stories for her family, eventually publishing Mama, See the Moon? in memory of a child lost to cancer, with proceeds supporting childhood cancer research.
After retiring in 2022, Pamela had more time to devote to her creative work and ministry. That season ultimately led to her first full-length book.
