I, lovingly, dedicate this book to the memory of Edwin Everett
West and Ollie Belle Hayes West. Their lives and memories have
been an inspiration to so many. With love and forethought, they
preserved and secured a place called, Coal Holler, for their children
and grandchildren. May many more memories be made there.
